Only merchandise unopened in the original packaging may be returned within 15 days of the purchase date. Food products are not returnable. Books have a 3-day return policy. Gift Certificates are not refundable.

Shipments are sent via us postmaster. Damaged shipments are the responsibility of the US postmaster. Any damages should be reported to the post office in person with the original damaged packaging.
