Ingredient List:

  • 3–4 — Fresh Firm Plumicot’s
  • ½ Tbsp — Grapeseed Oil
  • 1 pkg — Urban Accents — Sizzling Peach Fruit Grillers

Instruction:

Split the Plumicot’s in half and remove the stone from each. Spritz the halves with the Grapeseed Oil then dust them with the Peach Fruit Grillers and set aside into the fridge to marry the flavors.

Just prior to grilling, re-toss the plumicot halves with Peach Fruit Grillers. Place the plumicot halves onto the grill on medium high heat (4–6 sec hand hold) split side down until lightly browned. Remove the plumicot halves and serve them whole, or cut into smaller pieces, and place into a serving bowl. Serve immediately.
