Ingredient List:
- 4–6 — Hen House® Sword Fish 1″ Steaks well chilled
- 1 Jar — House Yin Yang Asian Seafood Sprinkle
- 1 Bottle — House Salmon Ginger Garlic Marinade
- 1 — Jaccard Meat Maximizer
Instruction:
In the Maximizer place ¾ of the Ginger Garlic Marinade, the flavor intensifies the longer it rests. Take the chilled Sword Fish Steaks place them into the Marinade, place the lid on the Maximizer and pull a vacuum. Set in the refrigerator for about an hour. Prepare your grill and any other dishes at this time.
Remove the steaks from the marinade, and shake each piece dry. Coat the chops with a light to medium coat of the Asian Seafood Sprinkle, on all sides.
Preheat the grill to high heat (2–3 second hand hold). Cook the chops, on a grill, searing each side on high direct heat for ~ 2 to 3 minutes, until both sides and edges are well browned. Then set the meat into a medium heat zone (5–6 second hand hold) for ~ 3 to 4 minutes, Baste the steaks with Ginger Garlic Marinade finishing until the chops have an internal meat temp of at least 140°…. Transfer to a serving dish and let the steaks rest about 5 minutes. Serve with Ginger Garlic Marinade, as enjoying at the table.
