Ingredient List:
- 1 — Whole Turkey 12–18 lb
- 3 Tbsp — Herb It Up Seasoned Oil
- 3 Tbsp — Bear Claw Herb Spice
- 1 pkg — Urban Accents Brine mixed as directed!
- 1 pkg — Urban Accents Brining Bag
- 1 ea — Turkey Cannon OR Beer Can Turkey Roaster
- ½ bottle — Lager of your choice
- 4–6 Chunks — Cherry Wood

Instruction:
Brine the Turkey following the directions on the Brining package, and just prior to cooking, remove from the refrigerator and pat the bird dry.
Coat the Turkey lightly with Herb It Up Seasoned Oil and then a light to medium coat of the Bear Claw Herb Spice, on all interior and exterior sides.
Coat the Turkey Cannon or Beer Can Turkey Roaster lightly with Herb It Up Seasoned Oil next, add a dash of the Bear Claw Herb Spice, into the lager in a microwave proof bowl. Warm the lager seasoning blend to almost boiling and place into the Turkey Cannon or Roaster. Slide the chicken over the upright liquid tube, folding the legs together and the wings behind themselves.
Preheat the smoker or gas grill to low and slow heat (170–210°), and add the Cherry. Set the Turkey into the smoker in the indirect heat zone for ≈ ½ to 1 hour until meat surface is lightly browned. Then elevate the oven’s temperature to 350° and roast until meat has a crispy skin with a nice bronze color, ≈ 1 hour. Finish the meat at 350° for ≈ 1/2 to 1 hr until the internal meat temp is at least 165°, both in the breast meat and 180° in the thigh leg meat…. Pull the Turkey to rest and then slice or pull the meat. You can drizzle a little of the cooking lager and seasoning blend from the Turkey Cannon or Roaster, as this helps to flavor the finished meat, serve immediately.
