Ingredient List:
- 1 lb — Small new red and white potatoes cut in half or quartered into bite size pieces
- 1 lg — Green bell pepper cut into bite size pieces
- 1 lg — Yellow onion cut into bite size pieces
- 2 Tbsp — Napa Style Roast Garlic Rub
- 1 Tbsp — KA-ME Wasabi Powder
- 1 tbsp — Grape Seed oil
- 2 tbsp — Napa Style Marinated Parmesan Dip
Instruction:
Par cook potatoes until just before tender, in a microwave or by boiling.
Cool potatoes and coat with the grape seed oil then sprinkle with the 2 to 1 Wasabi Blend and mix thoroughly.
Preheat grill to med-high heat, then place potatoes on oiled griddle or into a vegetable basket.
Sear the potatoes turning occasionally until reaching a light to medium brown on all sides.
As the potatoes are browned, mix in the Parmesan Dip and coat the potatoes, also add just a bit more at serving.
Set aside into warming area until main entrée is grilled. Serve immediately.
