Beer Brats and Sausages

Ingredient List:

  • 6–12 — Brats or Sausages of your flavor choice
  • 4 Tbsp — Dangerous Dan’s Twisted Peppercorn Rub
  • 3 Tbsp — Grape Seed Oil
  • 1–2 — 12 oz Beers
  • 1 lg — White Onion ¼ slices then quartered
  • 1 — Shallow Disposable Pan

Instruction:

Simmer the sausages, onion, beer and rub together on Med Low Heat (7–8 sec hand hold) for ~20 mins, until thoroughly cooked.

Raise the grills heat to medium (5–8 sec) hand hold. Coat the Sausages with Grape Seed Oil, and Sear @ 3+ minutes per side gently rolling to get sear marks on all sides. Then check internal temperature is at least 165˚.

Top with cheese if desired.

While burgers are finishing, toast lightly oiled buns until flat side is browned. Serve immediately with your favorite condiments.
