Ingredient List:
- 1½ lb — Unsalted Butter / Cold
- 1 Tbsp — Urban Accents Mesa Rosa Chipotle Rub
- 1 Tbsp — SN’F Seasoned Pepper
- 1 — Butter Mill™
Instruction:
Butter may be melted on the smoker rack and caught in an oven safe dish to infuse a natural smoke flavor if desired. Chill to solidify, and then follow the hand seasoning directions.
Non-Smoked — cut the cold butter into ~ 1″ cubes. Place the chilled butter cubes with the Chipotle Rub & Seasoned Pepper into a mixer bowl. Use a mixer with a dough hook on a low / medium setting to blend the butter and seasoning completely. The friction of the blending will soften the blend.
Or, after smoking the butter, chill it to a semi-solid then you can gently mix the Chipotle Rub & Seasoned Pepper together with the butter until they are fully combined.
With a butter mold or by hand form the seasoned butter patties for later use. Another option is to create cylinders for use in the Butter Mill™. Set these formed pieces aside to chill or freeze, then wrap or vacuum seal the pieces for later use.
When your food is finished and hot, use the seasoned butter to top your steak, chop or burger as well as any bread, ears of corn or veggies. Serve immediately.
