Ingredient List:
- 4–8 — 1 inch thick Certified Hereford® T-Bone Steaks
- Szeged Steak Seasoning
- Grape Seed Oil
Instruction:
Coat steaks with a light spray of grape seed oil and Medium coat of Szeged seasoning.
Preheat griddle on high heat (2–3 second hand hold).
Sear 3 minutes per side on the griddle then move to the grill grates to mark and finish about 2 minutes a side, should be rare to medium rare, continue cooking on a medium low heat (5–7 sec hand hold) to the desired doneness.
Serve immediately.
