Frankie’s Grilled Grapes & Pears

Ingredient List:

Core the pears leaving any edible skins in place and cut the pieces into 1 inch wide wedges.

2–3 lg — firm ripe Pears

½ lb — fresh Seedless Red Grapes

½ — Lemon cut in half for quarters

1 — LuLu Lavender Honey Grilling Sauce

Instruction:

Cut the Pears into 1″ wedges. Squeeze ¼ of a lemon over pieces.

Cut the large grape clusters down to 4–5 grapes on a stem segment.

Baste all fruit with light coat of Honey Grill Sauce.

Grill on medium heat (4–5 second hand hold). Turn each Piece and Cluster to get grill marks on all 4 sides, 1–3 minutes side.

Re-baste the fruit with Honey Grilling Sauce just before removing them from the grill.

Serve immediately.
