Ingredient List:
- ½ lb — Red Seedless Grapes
- 1 Tbsp — Lesley Elizabeth — Maximum Garlic Oil
- 1 jar — Caley & Cobb — Onion Confit
- 1 ea — Charcoal Companion Grill Wok and Bean and Sauce Pot
Instruction:
Quarter the grapes and toss them with the Maximum Garlic Oil.
Immediately place the seasoned grapes onto the griddle or Grill Wok on medium heat (5–6 sec hand hold) until browned. Turn or toss and brown all sides, when the grapes are wilted, still moist but not dry, transfer into the Companion Sauce Pot. Add the Onion Confit mixing and lightly smashing the grapes to a chutney consistency. Set this mixture in the Companion Sauce Pot into a low heat (5–6 sec hand hold) until it bubbles. This will make a nice finishing sauce to add to the entrée dish at table side.
Cover and keep warm until ready to serve. Add the finishing sauce as a top garnish as desired.
