Grilled Strip Steak Goulash

Ingredient List:

  • 3 pre-Grilled Nature Well KC Strip steaks Seasoned with Szeged Steak Seasoning
  • Grape seed Oil
  • 2 Large Onions, Sliced and Quartered, ½″ Thick
  • 3 Large Carrots, Slice ½″ Thick
  • 2 Large cloves garlic, crushed
  • 4 Medium red potatoes, quartered
  • 8 oz Mushrooms, Sliced
  • 2 Cups or 1 Small Head Cabbage, Shredded Medium Szeged Steak Seasoning
  • 1 Cup Aujus (Preferably GSC Brand)

Instruction:

Heat 1 tblspn Grape seed oil in 3qt Dutch oven over medium low heat (5–7 sec hand hold), add onions, carrots, garlic, and

Potatoes. Stir frequently until browned about 10 minutes.

Continue cooking 20 minutes on low heat, stirring frequently then add 3 cups of grilled well trimmed strip steak cut into 1″ cubes, cabbage, mushrooms, 1 tablespoon of Szeged Steak seasoning, 1 cup au jus. Cook 25 minutes more until tender stirring frequently.

Taste for seasoning flavor and add a dash more of Szeged if needed. Serve immediately.
