Ingredient List:
2 lb — Kobe Hamburger
3 Tbsp — Spice Hunter Chefs Shake
6 Tbsp — 1/8″ crumbles of Cream Cheese
1 — Small Onion minced
1 — Egg beaten
4 Tbsp — Bread Crumbs
1 Tsp — Fresh squeezed lime juice
1 ea — Grill Friends Dimpled Burger Press and Bear Paws
Instruction:
Using the Bear Paws gently mix the Chefs Shake and all of the other ingredients together until thoroughly combined. Take caution not to overwork the blend as this causes tough burgers. With wet hands divide mixture into 5 to 7 equal portions.
Gently form patties pressing a dimple in the middle of the burger or use the Grill Friends Dimpled Burger Press.
Chill the burgers on a platter cover with plastic wrap for at least 1 hour to overnight.
Preheat grill to medium heat (5–7 sec) hand hold. Cook @ 6 minutes per side gently turn and check internal temperature finish cooking to 165˚ internal temp on indirect heat.
Top with thinly sliced cream cheese if desired.
While burgers are finishing, toast buns until flat side is browned.
Serve immediately with your favorite condiments.
