Kaycee’s Smoked Polish Sausages
Ingredient List:
- 4–12 — Kaycee’s® Smoked Polish Sausages
- 4 Tbsp — Dangerous Dan’s Twisted Peppercorn Rub
- 3 Tbsp — Grape Seed Oil
- 1–4 — 12 oz Beers
- 1 lg — White Onion ¼ slices then quartered
- 1 ea — Shallow Disposable Pan
Instruction:
Simmer the sausages, onion, beer and Peppercorn Rub together on Med Low Heat (7–8 sec hand hold) for ~20 minutes, until thoroughly cooked.
Raise the grills heat to medium (5–8 sec) hand hold. Coat the Sausages with Grape Seed Oil, and a dusting of the Peppercorn Rub.
Sear the sausages @ 3+ minutes per side gently rolling to get sear marks on all sides. Then check internal temperature is at least 165˚.
While sausages are finishing, toast lightly oiled buns until flat side is browned. Top with cheese if desired.
Serve immediately with your favorite condiments.
