Rhonda and I would like to express our thanks to your staff for the great customer service. We recently came in to look at gas logs for our unusually large fireplace. Aaron was very helpful and informative without being pushy. Aaron responded promptly when I text questions about our install. The customer service was beyond our expectations.

Great all-purpose barbecue/grilling store. Whenever I need wood for smoking, charcoal for grilling, or anything else of that nature I go to Smoke 'n Fire.

We thought you guys just did high-end grills! We learned a ton about the latest fireplace technology and had a lot of fun tasting all of the amazing dips and seasons you have to offer.
