Sambol’s Steakburgers

Ingredient List:

1–2 pkg — Sambol’s Steakburgers

3–6 Tbsp — Plowboy’s Bovine Bold rub

1–2 Tbsp — Grapeseed oil

1 ea — Condiments of Choice

Instruction:

Gently Separate the paper from the top steakburger, and place the peeled paper next to it. Spritz with Grapeseed oil and dust the top of the burger with Bovine Bold Flip the steakburger with the lower paper over onto the open paper next to it, temporarily peel the paper and spritz with Grapeseed oil then dust again with the Bovine Bold and replace the paper on top the dusted burger. Repeat for all remaining burgers.

Chill the burgers on a platter cover with plastic wrap for at least 1 hour to overnight.

Preheat grill to medium heat (5–7 sec) hand hold. Cook @ 6 minutes per side gently turn and check internal temperature finish cooking to 165˚ with indirect heat.

Top with cheese if desired.

While burgers are finishing, toast buns until flat side is browned. Serve immediately with your favorite condiments.
