Ingredient List:
- 1 pkg – Frozen Cheesy Hash Browns
- 1 pkg – Frozen Potato O’Brian’s
- ½ C – Butter
- 1 can – Canned Cheesy Fried Onions/Topping reserve to last
- 2 C – Sour Cream
- 1 can – Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 pkg – Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Tbsp – Liquid Smoke
- 3 Tbsp – SNF Seasoned Pepper
- 1 pkg – Wind and Willow Santa Fe Cheese ball Mix
Instruction:
Cream together the cheese and the rest of the wet and dry seasonings, including packets, mix and topping) from the Santa Fe Cheese ball packages. Then mix all the hash browns in with the other creamed ingredients.
Spoon the potato mixture into a greased 9×13 baking dish. Top with the Fried Onions.
Bake in preheated 350° oven for one hour.
